Orgzit provides many features that help increase the overall productivity and efficiency of your system and processes. One such feature is the bulk edit option for your records in Orgzit.

Many times, we want to edit the value of a field(s) for all records. For instance, you have a Table with the Monthly Payroll records for each of your Employees. Once their salary has been processed, you want to change the Payroll Status of all employees, from Processing to Processed. Now, changing the value of each employee's Payroll Status manually would require a lot of effort and time. But with the help of the Bulk Edit feature, you can change in one go!

To bulk edit records in Orgzit, the following steps need to be performed:

  1. Click on the Bulk Edit button at the top-left corner of your table.

  2. In the blank fields created, specify the value you want to be assigned to that field in all rows.

  3. Once specified for as many fields as you want to edit, click on the green-colored submit icon to submit the changes made.

    {In the image below, the discount type for all items is being updated in bulk.}

By using the above-mentioned steps, you can bulk edit records in Orgzit as per your requirement!
